| Prior to the 10th August 2022 protest in Freetown and some part of the Sierra Leone the Sierra Leone Police force have declare Ibrahim Sorie Bangura wanted. Mr. Ibrahim Sorie Bangura was the Executive Director-Youth Arise Network, a community base advocacy group that advocate on Human Right, legal and justice and other related issues including empowerment also before he was declared wanted by the Sierra Leone Police after an allegations of his involvement during the 10th August 2022, protests.
A team of armed police personnel with any official police search warrant, raided his office space at 2 Goderich Street and his private resident at 18 Ambrose Street in Central Freetown and carter away with Laptops, computers, desk top hard drive and other documents.
The Criminal investigation Department in Sierra Leone place him on their wanted lists of suspect alleged of making incitement remarks during a community and radio talk show that they allegedly ignite the 10th August protests. The way about of this youth activists is nowhere to be found since them. Several advocacy group have also raised concerns with regards of his innocence, which the police in isolated.
