During a meeting with parents and young goalkeepers at Peacock Lane on Sunday 11th December 2022, Idrissa Kabbah, the CEO and Trainer, informed them about developments in his academy.

Speaking during the engagement, Idrissa Kabbah disclosed that they now have a sponsor in the United Kingdom, who is passionate about developing young talents, has sent the first set of goalkeeper kits for the kids involved in the training. He said that this is just the beginning of good things, and that in the near future, as things progress, the sponsor will provide more support to the academy.

He admonished parents to encourage their kids to pay attention on their work, adding that whilst they are being trained as goalkeepers, they should not forget about their academic work. He explained that the aim of the academy is to empower young aspiring footballers, especially in the goalkeeping sector. These kids, he furthered, are currently being trained by him, and that it is his desire that as they are undergoing the training, they should also focus on their academic work.

He expressed appreciation to the Scottish sponsor for his love and concern for the kids, adding that this assistance has boosted the morale of the kids and their parents.
